DMCA Policy

2) Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Agent containing the following information:
- Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its original location (URL).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your judicial district (or if outside the U.S., to the jurisdiction of a U.S. court where we may be found).
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3) Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
4) Good Faith
Submitting a false DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in legal liability. You should consult a qualified attorney before filing if you are unsure of your rights.
5) Changes to This Policy
We may revise this DMCA Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective date.”
