Core word counts, readability checks, SEO review and supported exports run in your browser. The hosting provider and external asset providers still receive ordinary web requests needed to deliver the public site, fonts and optional libraries, but tool content is not intentionally included in those requests.

The site uses local browser storage for preferences, optional history, a short-lived draft handoff, projects you explicitly save, recent settings and optional presets. Uploaded image and PDF contents and active conversion queues are generally kept in memory only while the page is open. The Privacy Policy explains the current categories and retention periods.

No. The counter is the starting point, but the suite also includes SEO review, headline analysis, meta generation, SERP previews, content gap checks, email subject testing, outline extraction, n-gram analysis, social-limit checks, Open Graph image generation, passport and ID photo making, Image Studio, PDF Studio, PDF-to-Word text extraction and cleanup utilities.

It is built for bloggers, marketers, SEO writers, newsletter operators, editors, landing-page teams and solo publishers who need practical revision help while drafting.

Most people start in the main editor, clean rough copy there, move into outline or SEO review, then tighten the headline, generate metadata, and finally check social limits or exports before publishing.

No third-party photo upload API is used. Background removal downloads version-pinned browser code, WebAssembly support and AI model assets, then processes the selected photo on your device. Those assets may remain in browser cache and can be removed by clearing cached site data. The asset hosts receive an ordinary download request, but the application does not intentionally send them your selected photo.

The Background Remover and Passport Photo Maker support browser-side background removal or replacement, solid colors, light backgrounds and custom image backgrounds. Complex outdoor photos, hair detail, shadows and low contrast edges can still need manual review, so always check the final image before official or public use.

Image Studio can combine batches into grids, contact sheets, vertical stitches or horizontal panoramas; reorder files; control spacing, margins, background and fitting; and export PNG, JPG, WebP or PDF. It also includes conversion, target compression, resizing, cropping, watermarking, metadata cleanup, renaming, optimizer presets and image-to-PDF output.

PDF Studio is the consolidated PDF workspace. It can merge PDFs, extract page ranges, remove selected pages, rotate all pages or selected ranges, split every page, split custom ranges, reverse a document, render PDF pages as PNG or JPG files, extract selectable text, optimize metadata and build PDFs from image batches. Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked or exported as a password-free copy before upload. Scanned, damaged or unusual PDFs may also be limited by browser support.

Yes. The writing workspace can export text and stats, while conversion and canvas tools can generate image, PDF, Word-compatible DOC, TXT, HTML, ZIP, Open Graph preview and social image outputs directly in the browser.

Support depends partly on what the browser can decode and encode, but the current tools are designed around common web formats such as PDF, JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, SVG, DOC/TXT/HTML text extraction, passport-photo JPG/PNG/WebP exports, print-sheet PNG exports, ZIP downloads and generated social-image outputs. Unsupported files should show a visible warning.

No active product analytics script is enabled right now. If analytics are added later, the privacy and cookie pages should be updated first with the provider, purpose, consent approach and opt-out details.

No. The core experience is meant to be usable immediately without creating an account.

Check the input, selected options, and whether the content is extremely short or unusually formatted. For Image Studio, try a different output format, quality setting, resize mode, or source file. For PDF tools, try a smaller file, remove password protection, or test whether the PDF has selectable text.

InstantWordCount uses reasonable safeguards for a browser-based service, including encrypted connections, browser security controls, dependency review and practical file limits. Browser-side processing reduces unnecessary content transfer but cannot remove every risk, so use an updated browser, open only files you trust and keep original backups. See the Security Policy for reporting instructions.

No. QR Studio creates static QR codes in your browser. The destination is encoded directly into the QR image, so InstantWordCount does not receive scan events, provide scan analytics, change destinations later, or route visitors through a tracking redirect.

Only some operations can preserve source data without recompression. PNG-to-PNG workflows and PDF page operations may avoid quality loss when the selected operation allows it. JPG, WebP, compression, resizing, rendering PDF pages, background removal and format changes can alter pixels or document structure. The studios preserve original dimensions by default where practical and label lossy choices as quality settings rather than claiming every conversion is lossless.

Long-running studio operations provide cancellation where the browser workflow can stop safely between files or pages. A task already inside a browser encoder or third-party library may need to finish its current step first. Keep the page open until the status becomes Cancelled, Complete or Failed, and verify any download before clearing the queue.

Use a tool’s Clear, Reset or Delete saved preset action where available. To remove everything, clear site data for InstantWordCount in your browser settings. This can remove history, saved workspace projects, preferences and presets, and it cannot be undone unless you exported a separate copy.

No. Presets help with dimensions and layout, but requirements vary by authority, country, marketplace and time. Background, expression, head size, shadows, clothing, resolution, file size and printing can all affect acceptance. Check the current official requirements and inspect the exported file before submitting it.
