Event details

Use a named time zone. The preview shows the offset and UTC time used in the file. Time-zone rules come from your browser and can change.

Your event file

Add an event title and dates to see your preview.

Import the downloaded file in your calendar app. This creates a copy; it does not send invitations or keep events in sync.

How dates and time zones work

For all-day events, the end date is the last included day. The file stores the following date as its exclusive end. Timed events are exported as UTC instants so calendar apps can display them in their own time zone.

If clocks move forward and a time does not exist, choose another time. If clocks move back and a time occurs twice, choose the earlier or later occurrence for each affected endpoint. Review the displayed offsets before downloading.

This tool creates one event per file. It does not send meeting invitations. Repeated imports may create duplicates depending on your calendar app.
